reader terms

Last updated: September 23, 2026 · Effective date: September 1, 2026

These Reader Terms cover The Token Times, a free monthly newspaper published by ExosphereHost, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Failproof AI ("we," "us"). They apply when you give us an email address to read or download an edition, and when you give us a postal address and phone number to have the printed edition posted to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle that address; where the two documents overlap, the Privacy Policy governs.

1. The paper

The Token Times is published monthly and is free. We do not promise a publication schedule, a number of editions, or that any particular edition will appear. We may change, pause, or stop publishing it at any time.

The editions are our copyrighted work. You may read, download, print, and share them as published. You may not sell them, or republish edited versions of them as though they were ours.

2. Your email address

We ask for an address so we can open the edition and, if you tick the box, send you each new one. We use it for the paper and for nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside our processors.

Every edition we send carries an unsubscribe link, and it works on the issue you are holding. You can also write to privacy@befailproof.ai and we will take you off the list.

3. Naming your company — never you

By subscribing, you permit us to say publicly that someone at your organization reads The Token Times. That means we may name your organization, and display its name or logo, in a list of the paper's readers on our website and in our marketing.

We will not identify you. We will not publish your name, your email address, your job title, or anything else that singles you out. The claim we make is about the organization — "a reader works here" — and never about a named person.

Two limits on this, so it is clear what you are and are not agreeing to:

  • This is your permission, given for yourself. It is not your employer's permission, and we do not treat it as such. Where we display an organization's name or logo we are responsible for having any permission that organization separately requires, and we remove it on request from the organization.
  • It says nothing about what your organization thinks of us. A reader is a reader; we will not present this as an endorsement, a customer relationship, or a partnership, because it is none of those things.

You can decline or withdraw this at any time, without losing access to the paper and without unsubscribing. Email privacy@befailproof.ai and we will remove the organization, or exclude you from the basis for naming it, and confirm when it is done.

4. Having it posted to you

You may ask us to post the printed edition to you. It is free and we pay the postage. To do it we ask for your name, a postal address, and a phone number.

We use them to print the address label, to hand the parcel to a postal or courier service, and to sort out a delivery that goes wrong. We use them for nothing else. We do not sell them, rent them, or pass them to anyone outside the processors who carry the paper to you. Asking for the printed edition does not add you to the email list — that is a separate tick box on a separate form.

We hold one address per reader: filling the form in again replaces what we hold rather than adding to it, which is how you tell us you have moved. Stop the paper at any time by writing to privacy@befailproof.ai, and we will take you off the round and delete the address.

We cannot promise delivery. Post is not ours to guarantee, we do not track parcels, and we may stop posting to an address that keeps returning, or decline to post to a destination we cannot reach.

5. No warranty

The paper is journalism and commentary, provided as is. We check what we publish, but we do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, or current, and it is not advice — financial, legal, investment, or otherwise. Decisions you make from it are yours.

6. Changes

We may update these Reader Terms. If we change section 3 in a way that widens what we may say about readers, that change applies only to signups after the change; it does not reach back to addresses already collected under an earlier version.
