failproof ai for slack
When an AI agent fails, the people who need to understand it are usually already in Slack. Failproof AI for Slack lets them ask about agent sessions, failures, evaluations, and audits right there, without opening a dashboard or writing a query.
how it works in slack
- Ask anywhere. Mention the app in a channel, send it a direct message, or use
/failprooffollowed by your question. - Get evidence, not just text. Data answers arrive in the thread as a chart or table, with a link to the source.
- Your own permissions. Answers use your Failproof AI permissions, so you only ever see what you could already see.
- Nothing changes without you. Every change shows Approve and Cancel buttons first, and only the person who asked can answer them.
- Link previews. Failproof AI issue, session, and evaluation links pasted in Slack become cards, showing only what you can see.
AI answers can be inaccurate. Check anything important against the linked source data.
after you install
- Open the app's Home tab in Slack.
- Choose Failproof AI Cloud, or enter your own address if you self-host. No account yet? Create one with your work email.
- Sign in, pick your organization, and confirm the connection.
- Mention the app in a channel and ask a question. Try
/failproof help.
You need to be able to add apps to the workspace, and to hold the settings permission in your Failproof AI organization. The Slack app guide covers every step, each Slack permission and why the app asks for it, and how to disconnect.
pricing
The Slack app is included with Failproof AI Cloud, on the free plan and paid plans. See pricing.
privacy and support
Questions and answers are saved in your organization's dashboard, and Slack data is never used to train AI models. The privacy policy covers what the app receives, how it's used, and how long it's kept. For help, see support or email support@befailproof.ai.
